Gerberas Galore!!!!

Gerbera Daisies. You gotta love them! I purchased a few of these delicate beauties today, along with a gorgeous vase to help make my office space a little more bearable.

Honestly, flowers can do so much to a room! Remember how I mentioned that my new office looks completely drab? Well, these fabulous blossoms are giving my office a little pizazz!! :) So, that's my new thing now... fresh flowers once a week for my office, baby! :)

Office Renovations

Ok, so moving into a new office is definitely very exciting. Especially, when your office is so spacious! I can't wait to redecorate my space! it's totally empty right now with really drab, gray walls. The idea is to first remove all of the clunky, ancient furniture that has originated with the office; and replace it with a few minimalistic-inspired furniture.

The company was nice enough to replace my 15 year-old desk. A complete dinosaur. However, the Ikea-espresso-styled desk is a tiny, dinky little thing that doesn't even come with a desk drawer! woohoo! so, now all my stationary is crammed into the tiny, little crevice of a space that is supposed to be a computer-tower storage unit! Ah well, as the saying goes, "beggars can't be choosers"!

So, now I have to find furniture to match the current desk I have - Espresso coloured desk with metal handles. Any suggestions on how I could decorate my new office space, would be greatly appreciated!! :)

I Love NY!

Rich and I are finally leaving the country! It's been so long since we've gone away "alone" together and now we are finally going to New York!

Ok, Ok...so, it may not be off the continent, but at least it is out of the country! :)

I can't wait!!!! we still have to book everything and I still have to do some research as to where we would like to go; but I'm so excited right now, I can hardly wait!!!! :)
